Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily site operations and ensure smooth workflow between various departments.
- Monitor project progress against milestones and identify potential delays early.
- Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and site protocols at all times.
- Prepare and maintain accurate progress reports, schedules, and project documentation.
- Manage the procurement of materials and resources required for specific projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality meets industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or ITE certificate in Landscape, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the landscape or construction industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
