Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction and interior fit-out activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, suppliers, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, enforce safety regulations, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily site reports, progress updates, meeting minutes, and necessary permits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants regarding on-site matters, providing timely updates and resolving queries.
- Efficiently manage project resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and control costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and company quality assurance policies.
- Proactively troubleshoot on-site challenges and implement practical, effective solutions to keep projects on track.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in project coordination or site supervision within the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, site management, materials, and quality control methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and interior design drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Competency in using project management software (e.g., MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Possession of a valid driving license and own reliable transport for regular site visits across Selangor.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
