- Analyze and monitor project costs to ensure budget adherence and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Develop accurate cost estimates and financial models for renewable energy projects
- Prepare regular financial reports and performance metrics for project stakeholders
- Collaborate with project teams to implement cost control measures and financial best practices
- Conduct variance analysis between projected and actual costs
- Support financial planning and forecasting for renewable energy initiatives
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Recommend process improvements to enhance cost efficiency and project profitability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost analysis, project accounting, or financial planning
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and methodologies
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced data analysis techniques
- Familiarity with renewable energy industry is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus
