We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Cost Control Manager to oversee the financial health of our construction projects. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all project progress and work execution align with the planned realization and budget. You will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing financial forecasts, and conducting variance analysis to identify potential risks early.
As a Mandarin Speaker, you will bridge the communication gap between our technical teams and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, ensuring that financial requirements and project updates are clearly understood. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance or engineering professional to lead cost control strategies in a dynamic environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control project costs to ensure alignment with the approved budget and schedule.
- Analyze actual costs versus estimated costs and report variances to management.
- Prepare detailed monthly cost reports, including cash flow forecasts and budget updates.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to gather accurate progress and cost data.
- Facilitate clear communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders regarding financial performance and project status.
- Identify potential financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and local construction regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Finance.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project cost control or quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., Primavera P6, CostX) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (both verbal and written) is essential for this role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Deep understanding of construction contracts, billing procedures, and cost breakdown structures.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
