Join Mitra Adiperkasa's dynamic finance team as a Project Costing Associate Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial backbone of our retail expansion initiatives. This position offers the unique opportunity to oversee end-to-end financial management for retail store developments, renovations, and maintenance projects across Indonesia. You'll be responsible for developing comprehensive budgets, managing competitive bidding processes, and ensuring precise financial execution to maximize project profitability. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets for retail store developments, renovations, and maintenance projects
- Oversee competitive bidding processes, ensuring cost-effective procurement of construction services and materials
- Analyze financial data to provide cost forecasting and variance reporting for all active projects
- Ensure strict adherence to project budgets and financial controls throughout project lifecycles
- Collaborate with construction teams to resolve financial discrepancies and optimize resource allocation
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate project costing documentation and financial records
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for project cost management processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project costing, finance, or construction project management
- Proven expertise in budgeting, bidding processes, and financial execution for retail or construction projects
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel (including complex modeling)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Experience working in retail or consumer goods industry highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
