We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Development Associate to join our Makati headquarters. In this key role, you will act as the central coordinator for our project lifecycles, ensuring seamless alignment between critical departments to drive successful project execution.
As a Project Development Associate, you will bridge the gap between Legal, Document Control, Engineering, Permitting, and Finance teams. You will facilitate the flow of information, monitor deliverables, and ensure that all project milestones are met on time and within scope. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about contributing to the growth of the renewable energy industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate and monitor the alignment of project deliverables across Legal, Document Control, Engineering, Permitting, and Finance departments.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure all milestones are achieved according to the project schedule.
- Manage document control processes, ensuring all engineering drawings, permits, and legal documents are organized and accessible.
- Liaise with government agencies and internal teams to facilitate the permitting process and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to project stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and potential risks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for cross-departmental communication and conflict resolution.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, feasibility studies, and budgetary requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, development, or a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
- Knowledge of construction or renewable energy project development is a plus.
