- Identify and evaluate potential retail locations for new store openings and expansions
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess the viability of new retail projects
- Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines for retail development initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals with company objectives
- Oversee the execution of retail development projects from concept to completion
- Manage relationships with landlords, contractors, and other key partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare and present project proposals to senior management for approval
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail development or project management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and feasibility studies
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing retail projects
- Knowledge of local retail market and real estate landscape in Kuala Lumpur
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
