Far East Union Investment & Development Inc. is a leading property developer committed to creating sustainable and iconic communities. We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Development Manager to join our team in Makati City.
As the Project Development Manager, you will take charge of landmark developments and turn ambitious plans into successful, high-value projects. You will oversee all phases of project development including conceptualization, feasibility analysis, design management, government permitting, procurement, construction supervision, and turnover. You will act as the key liaison between the company and external partners such as consultants, contractors, and government agencies.
Key elements of this role include driving project timelines, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional quality. You will also be involved in site acquisition and evaluation, conducting market research, and preparing financial models to support investment decisions.
We're seeking a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate has a strong background in civil engineering, architecture, or real estate development, and at least 8 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the overall planning, design, and execution of assigned development projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site evaluation, and market analysis to support project viability and investment decisions.
- Manage the preparation of project budgets, schedules, and cash flow forecasts; ensure adherence to financial targets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design compliance with project vision and regulatory standards.
- Oversee the processing of permits, licenses, and approvals from all relevant government agencies.
- Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety; resolve any issues that may arise during execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including joint venture partners, contractors, and local communities.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and investors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 8-10 years of progressive experience in real estate development or construction project management.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale (mid/high-rise) projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine building codes, zoning laws, and permitting processes.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Preferably licensed Civil Engineer or Architect.
