Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to ensure project alignment.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to prevent project delays or budget overruns.
- Drive customer acquisition strategies and manage client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress to senior management.
- Recruit, train, and mentor project management staff to foster a high-performance team culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or real estate sector.
- Proven track record of leading successful projects and managing diverse teams.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- PMP or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
