Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire project development lifecycle from conception to completion
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and contractors
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project
- Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project team members
- Conduct site inspections and ensure proper implementation of project plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project development or real estate
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
