- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, and closure
- Develop comprehensive project roadmaps with clear milestones, deliverables, and KPIs
- Manage cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Oversee budget allocation and financial controls to ensure cost efficiency
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and quality assurance protocols
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to align project objectives
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in construction project management
- Proven track record directing large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP certification preferred)
- Expertise in budget management, resource allocation, and contract negotiation
- Deep understanding of Philippine construction regulations and industry standards
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder communication abilities
- Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, AutoCAD)
