Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire project lifecycle including planning, execution, and delivery of construction, fit-out, and A&A projects
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across diverse project sites
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones
- Ensure compliance with Singaporean building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Coordinate with key stakeholders including clients, government agencies, and suppliers
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and resolve complex project challenges proactively
- Drive innovation in sustainable construction practices and cost optimization methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction project management with 5+ years in director-level roles
- Proven expertise in fit-out, alteration, and addition projects in Singaporean market
- PMP or equivalent project management certification mandatory
- Strong proficiency in construction management software (Procore, BIM 360, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of Singaporean BCA regulations and tender processes
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget constraints
