YPTT Solutions Indonesia is seeking a high-caliber Project Director to spearhead our upcoming Data Center construction projects in Jakarta. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-availability facilities.
As our Project Director, you will bridge the gap between design, engineering, and execution, ensuring that every MEP system is implemented to the highest global standards. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage high-stakes stakeholder relationships, and navigate the technical complexities of civil, mechanical, and electrical integration. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide overall strategic leadership for large-scale Data Center construction projects from inception through to commissioning and handover.
- Oversee the integration of complex MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems to ensure 99.99% uptime reliability.
- Manage end-to-end project budget, timeline, and quality assurance, reporting directly to executive stakeholders.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, and MEP contractors to ensure seamless site execution and adherence to safety protocols.
- Lead and mentor project management teams, fostering a culture of excellence and operational rigor.
- Ensure full compliance with international Data Center standards (Uptime Institute Tier III/IV) and local Indonesian building regulations.
- Mitigate project risks through proactive problem-solving and strategic resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years specifically focused on mission-critical Data Center facilities.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale MEP construction projects from start to finish.
- Deep technical knowledge of power distribution, HVAC cooling systems, fire suppression, and building management systems (BMS).
- PMP or Prince2 certification is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and third-party contractors.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to negotiate at an executive level.
