Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management for civil construction initiatives
- Develop comprehensive operational strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and timeline deliverables
- Implement rigorous quality assurance and safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and site management
- Stakeholder engagement with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Drive continuous process improvements in construction methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 10 years' experience in civil construction with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects (>IDR 100 billion)
- Strong expertise in Indonesian construction regulations and permits
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project)
- Professional certifications (PMP, CIOB) highly regarded
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
