In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our documentation integrity, ensuring that technical data, BOMs, and project reports are meticulously maintained, uploaded, and prepared for critical handover and acceptance phases.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical engineering drawings.
- Compile and verify test reports to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Upload and track critical project documentation into the ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) platform.
- Prepare and organize all handover and acceptance documentation for project close-out.
- Maintain systematic filing protocols for both physical and digital project records.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to retrieve necessary technical documentation.
- Support project managers with administrative tasks related to project document lifecycles.
- Conduct periodic audits of project documentation to ensure data integrity and version control.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in document control, project administration, or a technical clerical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and document management software.
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or similar project management platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize complex data sets.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage due to regional team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet strict project deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team coordination.
