Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management from planning to execution
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within allocated budgets and quality parameters
- Implement robust risk mitigation strategies and contingency planning
- Monitor compliance with technical specifications, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Optimize resource utilization and drive continuous improvement in project methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project engineering
- Strong understanding of Malaysian construction codes and industry standards
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD)
- Certification in PMP or equivalent project management qualification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
