NAUTILUS TECHNOLOGIES Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated Project Engineer to drive the success of our construction projects in Johor Bahru. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the technical and managerial aspects of project delivery, from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
You will collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and internal teams to interpret design drawings, resolve on‑site issues, and monitor progress against budgets and schedules. Your expertise will help streamline workflows, optimise resource allocation, and uphold the highest quality standards throughout each phase of construction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate engineering aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare, review, and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and contractual requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation; provide regular status reports.
- Implement quality control procedures and conduct site inspections to maintain standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or site engineering within the construction industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering software.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian construction regulations and standards.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
