Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and report daily construction site progress, ensuring strict adherence to project schedules, specifications, and safety standards.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between the management office, project managers, subcontractors, and on-site personnel to ensure seamless coordination.
- Conduct rigorous QA/QC inspections of ongoing work, materials, and finishes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare accurate and detailed project cost estimates for construction materials, labor, and equipment procurement.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contracts to guide site execution and resolve technical discrepancies.
- Manage project documentation, including progress photos, daily site logs, material submittals, and change orders.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, site conflicts, or delays proactively to maintain project momentum.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
- Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred); fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Project Engineer in a general contracting or construction firm.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, QA/QC standards, and safety regulations in the Philippines.
- Proven ability to prepare accurate project estimates and manage budgets effectively.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
