Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise daily site operations to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.
- Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Collaborate with contractors and consultants to resolve technical issues on-site effectively.
- Manage project documentation, including progress reports, material submissions, and technical drawings.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure strict adherence to workplace safety (WSH) and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients and relevant authorities to facilitate smooth project approvals and site handover.
- Optimize resource allocation to control costs while maintaining high productivity levels.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant project engineering experience in the construction sector.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera).
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore building regulations, code of practice, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse site teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to site management.
