Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire project lifecycle from planning to execution and handover
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Conduct site inspections and enforce safety protocols
- Resolve technical issues and mitigate project risks
- Prepare progress reports and maintain documentation
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 3+ years of experience in construction project oversight
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Certification in PMP or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Singaporean PR or Singaporean work permit holder
