Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end cleanroom construction projects from planning to handover
- Coordinate site operations, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety protocols
- Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Monitor budget execution and cost control measures
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in project management, preferably in cleanroom/construction
- Strong knowledge of cleanroom design standards and GMP protocols
- Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
