You will manage project timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that all engineering standards are upheld. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning and design to final handover.
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure strict compliance with local safety regulations and building codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards.
- Liaise with contractors, architects, and clients to facilitate smooth communication.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and technical documentation.
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies for ongoing projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering or construction management.
- Strong proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Primavera P6.
- Valid professional engineering license in Singapore.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams and work effectively under pressure.
