Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and technical execution of engineering and construction projects.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met on time.
- Manage project budgets, track costs, and prepare accurate financial reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality control standards, and engineering codes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients to resolve technical issues.
- Liaise with internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and technical documentation to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in project engineering or construction management.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid engineer license or relevant professional certification is a plus.
