Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and blueprints.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, reports, and project documentation using AutoCAD or similar software.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and variance analysis.
- Ensure all civil and electrical installations meet local building codes and industry standards.
- Maintain clear communication channels between on-site teams and management to resolve issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s or College degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
- Currently licensed as an Engineer (Professional or Board Registered).
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a related field, preferably in construction or project management.
- Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or MS Project.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel within Metro Manila as needed.
