This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates passionate about building systems, ACMV (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation), and Fire Protection engineering.
As a Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful execution of construction projects across Singapore. You will work closely with experienced project managers and site teams, gaining hands-on experience in project coordination, technical documentation, and site supervision. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the coordination and management of project activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
- Monitor site progress, daily reports, and project schedules to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical issues during construction.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building regulations.
- Support the preparation of technical submissions, RFIs, and progress claims.
- Assist in the testing and commissioning of M&E and Fire Protection systems.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and updated engineering drawings.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior internship experience in construction or M&E is a plus.
- Strong interest in ACMV, fire protection, and building services.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or MS Office suite.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in the East or West regions as assigned.
