Recruit Now is seeking a dedicated Project Engineer (Facade) to join our high-performing construction team in the heart of Bugis. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing facade installation projects, ensuring they meet rigorous safety, quality, and aesthetic standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise facade installation works on-site to ensure adherence to technical drawings and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Liaise effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve technical discrepancies.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including technical reports, progress claims, and shop drawing submissions.
- Ensure all facade works are completed within the designated timeline and budget.
- Manage sub-contractors' work schedules and site performance.
- Perform material take-offs and manage site resources efficiently to minimize waste.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related building construction discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in facade engineering, building construction, or curtain wall projects.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural blueprints.
- Knowledge of local building codes, BCA regulations, and WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle on-site technical challenges under pressure.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or BIM software is considered a strong advantage.
