Tanggung Jawab
- Lead execution of EPC and ECPM construction projects from planning to completion
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure milestone achievement
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including contractors, clients, and vendors
- Conduct site inspections and enforce quality control and safety standards
- Prepare project documentation including reports, plans, and change orders
- Resolve technical issues and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycle

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering field
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in project engineering for construction projects
- Proven expertise in EPC and ECPM project methodologies
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands
