We are currently seeking a detail‑oriented Project Engineer, QA/QC to join our team in Petaling, Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our construction projects, collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and site crews to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will develop and implement robust QA/QC plans, conduct regular inspections and audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. By identifying potential issues early and enforcing corrective actions, you will help mitigate risks and enhance overall project performance. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse, high‑impact projects while leveraging your expertise in quality management systems such as ISO 9001.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and standards for construction projects.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, non‑conformance reports, and corrective action plans.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
- Provide training and guidance to site personnel on quality standards and best practices.
- Monitor project performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to meet quality expectations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and other quality management systems.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QA software tools.
- Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., CQA, CQE) is advantageous.
