We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer / Site Engineer to join our growing team in Metro Manila. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines required to successfully complete our construction projects from conception to handover. You will serve as the technical liaison between the design team and the on-site workforce, ensuring that all engineering standards are met while maintaining strict adherence to project timelines and budgets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in civil engineering principles and a proven track record in construction management. You will be expected to oversee daily site operations, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure that all construction activities comply with local safety regulations and quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily construction activities and site operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones are met on time.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with architectural and engineering plans.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and local building codes on the construction site.
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare progress reports, cost estimates, and technical documentation for management review.
- Manage material requisitions and resource allocation to prevent project delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in a Project Engineer or Site Engineer capacity.
- Deep understanding of construction materials, methods, and local building regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, informed decisions on-site.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license is a strong advantage.
