We are currently seeking a committed and technically competent Project Engineer / Site Supervisor to join our team in Penang. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in the successful execution of high-profile civil engineering projects, ensuring that operations run smoothly, safety standards are upheld, and project milestones are met.
As the bridge between the design team and the site workforce, you will be responsible for managing on-site resources, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring the highest quality of workmanship. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of Design & Build infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and construction codes on site.
- Prepare and review construction drawings, daily site reports, and progress documentation.
- Manage the site team, including laborers and subcontractors, to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential risks or delays.
- Handle client communications and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Project Engineering or Site Supervision within the civil or water infrastructure sector.
- Experience with Design & Build projects is highly preferred.
- Valid PWD Certificate or relevant engineering registration is an advantage.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to safety and quality.
