Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise survey teams to conduct topographical, boundary, and construction surveys with high precision and accuracy.
- Prepare detailed site plans, grading plans, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
- Collaborate with civil engineers and architects to integrate survey data effectively into project designs.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure alignment with survey benchmarks and maintain strict quality control.
- Review engineering calculations and ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate records of survey data, logs, and project reports for client and regulatory review.
- Coordinate with government agencies and local stakeholders to facilitate land development permits and clearances.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in project engineering or land surveying.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other standard surveying and design software.
- Strong understanding of land development processes, including grading, drainage, and site preparation.
- Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail in data interpretation and map reading.
- Valid Professional License (if applicable) and thorough knowledge of Philippine construction laws.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team coordination and client presentations.
