Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily site operations for high-rise building construction projects.
- Coordinate effectively with multiple established contractors and consultants to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor construction progress against schedules and budgets, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations (OHS) and quality standards on-site.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide progress updates and manage expectations.
- Manage site resources, including materials, labor, and equipment, to optimize efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, daily logs, and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in high-rise construction project management or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to mentor junior engineers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Valid Site Supervisor/Manager certificate or equivalent professional qualification.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, or other relevant engineering software.
