Tanggung Jawab
- Perform detailed technical calculations for structural loads, material quantities, and spatial requirements to ensure design integrity.
- Coordinate with interior designers and architects to translate technical drawings into feasible construction plans.
- Conduct site inspections to verify that construction activities comply with approved designs and safety regulations.
- Manage material procurement schedules and ensure that all materials meet the specified quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes (SNI) and industry standards for interior fit-outs.
- Assist in budget estimation and cost control measures during the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, specifically within the interior contracting or construction industry.
- Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
- Strong mathematical skills with a proven ability to perform complex technical calculations.
- Excellent knowledge of construction materials, methods, and interior design principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
