Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full lifecycle management of electrical engineering projects from conception to completion
- Ensure strict adherence to industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions for scope, budget, and timeline deviations
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for technical and operational challenges
- Manage stakeholder communications and deliver executive-level project status reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; PMP certification preferred
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in electrical project management
- Proven expertise in construction industry regulations and compliance frameworks
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, project lifecycle methodologies
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
