- Develop detailed RAB and cost estimates for retail grocery construction projects
- Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and market conditions to determine accurate cost projections
- Monitor and update estimates throughout project lifecycle to reflect scope changes
- Collaborate with procurement to evaluate vendor quotations and negotiate cost-effective contracts
- Conduct risk analysis and contingency planning to ensure budget compliance
- Generate comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders and senior management
- Align estimates with company investment targets and strategic objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project estimation for retail/commercial construction
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, WinEst) and MS Office Suite
- Deep understanding of Indonesian construction materials, labor costs, and market trends
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in complex documentation
- Certification in project management (PMP) or cost estimation preferred
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
