Join Grandwork Interior as a Project Executive and play a pivotal role in our dynamic construction projects. As a key member of our project management team, you will ensure the successful execution of interior design and construction projects from inception to completion. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your project management skills while working on diverse and challenging projects in Singapore's thriving construction industry. You will collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure all project milestones are met on time and within budget. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee project progress and prepare comprehensive weekly reports for the Project Manager
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth project operations
- Identify and address potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with regulations
- Manage documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and change orders
- Liaise with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and industry standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
