Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor BMI roofing projects to ensure completion within scope, specification, budget, and timeline
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers, procurement specialists, and site supervisors
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, and compliance requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are maintained
- Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders and senior management
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in roofing
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications
- Certification in project management (PMP) is highly desirable
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
