We are currently seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Project Executive to join our team in the North Region. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for project management.
As the Project Executive, you will be the driving force behind our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for overall project planning, resource allocation, schedule management, and stakeholder communication. Your leadership will guide the project team through all phases, from design and procurement to construction and handover.
Key duties include coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors; monitoring progress; managing budgets; and enforcing safety and quality protocols. You will also prepare detailed reports for senior management and clients, and promptly address any issues that arise.
To succeed, you must possess a diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline, along with at least three years of experience in construction project management. Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations are also required. A PMP certification is a plus.

- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
