Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the overall coordination and logistics of renovation sites.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports and status updates to management.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including blueprints, permits, and daily logs.
- Liaise effectively with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate material deliveries and conduct basic site inspections.
- Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in site coordination or renovation projects is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work on-site and manage time effectively under pressure.
- Valid driver's license is an added advantage.
