Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions
- Manage budget controls and financial reporting throughout project lifecycle
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and progress reports for stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in construction project execution
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Certification in PMP or equivalent construction management qualification preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements
