Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end execution of builder work and interior fit-out projects
- Coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets across project phases
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve issues
- Prepare project documentation including schedules, reports, and contracts
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when needed
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction/interior fit-out projects
- Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) preferred
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
