- Supervise project execution from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints
- Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and multiple project sites to ensure seamless communication
- Implement and maintain quality control measures and safety protocols throughout project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, and progress reports
- Manage relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with specifications
- Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during project execution
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or execution in the construction or interior design industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders
- Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges
- Valid certification in project management or related field is an advantage
