Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate project planning, execution, and monitoring activities
- Assist in preparing project documentation including timelines, budgets, and reports
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare progress reports for senior management and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of project coordination experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of property development processes and regulations
