JUBM is seeking a dynamic and analytical Project Executive (QS) / Senior Project Executive (QS) to join our high-performing team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare comprehensive feasibility studies, preliminary cost estimates, and detailed cost planning throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage the entire tendering process, including preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ), tender documentations, tender evaluation, and preparation of formal contract documents.
- Conduct regular site valuations, assess progress claims, and administer timely payments to contractors and subcontractors.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate variation orders and handle potential contract disputes in an amicable and legally sound manner.
- Liaise closely with clients, consultants, authorities, and site operations teams to ensure smooth execution of contractual obligations.
- Monitor project cash flow, prepare monthly financial reports, and proactively manage cost control risks.
- Provide mentorship to junior executives and deliver expert contractual advice to project stakeholders (for the Senior role).
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience for the Executive level, and 5+ years for the Senior Executive level within the construction or consultancy sector.
- In-depth knowledge of standard construction forms of contract (e.g., PAM, FIDIC, PWD) and local building regulations.
- Strong analytical skills, high financial acumen, and exceptional negotiation and communication capabilities.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying and cost estimation software (such as Glodon/Cubicost) and Microsoft Excel.
- Registered member with the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM) or RICS/RISM is highly advantageous.
- A proactive team player with high integrity and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
