Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for interior fit-outs and signage projects? KK Group of Companies is seeking a proactive Project Executive to join our dynamic team in Bandar Tasik Selatan. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our construction and signage projects, ensuring that every detailāfrom initial planning to final site handoverāmeets our high standards of quality and efficiency.
You will act as the primary liaison between our internal teams, external vendors, and clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor daily project activities to ensure strict adherence to project timelines.
- Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and budget updates for management.
- Identify potential project bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to prevent delays.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure signage specifications meet client requirements.
- Ensure that all fit-out works are executed according to the approved architectural drawings and client briefs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in signage, interior fit-out, or commercial construction projects.
- Proficiency in reading architectural drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to manage multi-stakeholder interactions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Competency in project management software and MS Office (Excel/Word).
- Possession of a valid driving license and own transport is required for frequent site visits.
