Tanggung Jawab
- Lead financial modeling, analysis, and valuation for project finance transactions
- Conduct comprehensive finance due diligence on potential projects and investments
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts and cash flow projections
- Structure financing solutions and negotiate terms with lenders and investors
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Identify and assess financial risks, implementing mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with legal, technical, and operational teams throughout project lifecycle
- Monitor project financial performance and recommend corrective actions when necessary
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project finance, corporate finance, or transaction advisory
- Strong background in financial due diligence, forecasting, and valuation methodologies
- Experience in the energy sector is highly preferred
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Professional certification (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) is an advantage
