LX International is currently looking for a Project Finance Staff to join our finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fully office-based environment at the prestigious SCBD (Sudirman Central Business District) in South Jakarta.
In this role, you will support the financial planning and analysis functions for various projects. We are looking for a candidate who is analytical, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative office setting. As a Project Finance Staff, you will be instrumental in ensuring the financial health and accuracy of our project data, preparing reports that drive strategic decision-making.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis between actual results and budgeted figures.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including P&L analysis, to management and stakeholders.
- Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure compliance with project scope and financial controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial data for project planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the financial management system.
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews by providing requested financial documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project finance, financial planning, or accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment and meet tight deadlines.
