Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities and coordinate subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to Project Engineer/Manager with detailed metrics
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain accident-free work environments
- Manage material inventory and logistics to prevent delays and cost overruns
- Resolve technical issues and make real-time decisions to maintain project momentum
- Train and supervise construction teams to uphold quality standards and productivity
- Conduct site inspections and verify compliance with engineering specifications
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D4/S1 degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as Project Foreman or similar construction leadership role
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Strong proficiency in reading technical drawings and project documentation
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
- Certifications in OSHA or equivalent safety management preferred
