Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure project alignment with blueprints and specifications
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, laborers, and equipment resources efficiently
- Implement strict safety protocols and compliance with OSHA/SMK3 regulations
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet milestones
- Resolve on-site technical issues and coordinate with engineers/architects
- Maintain accurate project documentation including daily logs and progress reports
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure adherence to industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management or foreman roles
- Proven track record of completing medium to large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations
- Certification in construction safety management (SMK3) or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and project specifications
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
