Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for project-specific roles including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Administer employee relations programs including conflict resolution and performance management
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine labor laws and company HR policies
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration for site-based employees
- Develop and maintain HR documentation including contracts, records, and compliance reports
- Conduct orientation and training programs for new hires and existing staff
- Coordinate with project management to align HR initiatives with operational needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years HR experience with preference for construction/manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF)
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll processing
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in remote project environments
- Valid HR practitioner license (optional but preferred)
